Rating : - Like a mini Sun It's amazing how intense the light shines from this little bulb; so much so that the lamp manufacturers put an ultraviolet filter in front of the bulb to limit the u.v. emission. It's very bright, and durable. I recommend not touching the glass with your fingers, because the fingerprint oils can etch and weaken the glass when the bulb heats up.
