Rating : - Westinghouse solar lights I ordered these as a gift for relatives who are art teachers and consequently have an exceptionally well decorated home. They think that the lights are beautiful. The only problem-- one would not light. Not thinking of getting in touch with Amazon, they called Westinghouse. Westinghouse did not call back as promised, but suddenly delivered a new light directly to them by rapid delivery (the van arrived late on a Saturday). The new light shines brightly. Therefore, the lights turned out to be a good choice for discerning people.
